Snapfix is a simple and highly versatile, photo-based platform for the maintenance and management of hotel buildings and facilities.

what is a snapboard?

The free version of our Snapboard is a customisable dashboard which you can easily edit from your phone to display on any Hotel TV monitor with your logo, manager’s name & photo.

It’s main purpose is to showcase your hygiene program and/or policy to reassure guests but it can also be adapted for other uses.

It’s free for one year.If you further decide to trial and buy Snapfix and your lobby restroom was last cleaned 18 minutes ago for example, this information can be instantly shown to guests wherever you choose in your hotel.

I originally built Snapfix to solve my own problem - to help me manage a number of buildings which always required ongoing management and maintenance.

I have always been obsessed with simplicity, so I designed Snapfix to be the simplest task management solution on the planet. We use photos, tags and traffic lights - concepts that everyone in the world understands.

The beauty of Snapfix is that photos, tags and traffic lights allows for infinite uses.
